Try projectfacts free for 14 days
Not a login to an empty demo, but a trial based on your real requirements: guided, non-binding and free of charge.
Arrange a requirements meetingA trial that shows your requirements, not just the software
You cannot judge business software in an empty demo environment. That is why our trial works differently: before you log in, an adviser sets the system up around your specific requirements, with demo data and exactly the processes that matter to you.
The trial usually runs for 14 days and is completely free. On request, it can be extended. Throughout this time your adviser is available as a methodical point of contact, not to sell to you, but so that you can reach a sound decision at the end: for or against projectfacts.
The trial at a glance
14 days
That is the usual length of the trial. If you need more time, we extend it on request, without any fuss.
€0, no conditions
The trial is completely free. There are no automatic follow-on costs and no obligation to order afterwards.
Personal adviser
A dedicated point of contact prepares the system and supports you methodically throughout the trial.
How your trial works
Five steps, from the first conversation to your decision. Each step has a clear purpose, and none of them costs you anything.
1. Requirements meeting with an adviser
To begin, we clarify together what it is about: we listen, ask questions and note down the most important requirements. The better we understand your starting position, the more meaningful the trial that follows will be.
2. Preparing your trial system
Your adviser sets up a system with demo data and adapts it so that exactly the main requirements you discussed become visible. You do not start from scratch, but in an environment that fits your use case.
3. Solution presentation and access
In the next meeting, your adviser shows you and your colleagues how projectfacts addresses your requirements in concrete terms. At the same time you receive your login details, so you can go through everything shown at your own pace afterwards.
4. Fourteen days of testing, guided
Now it is your turn. You try projectfacts out in peace, while your adviser remains available as a methodical point of contact. This is deliberately not a setup phase, but serves to build trust and firm up your decision.
5. Closing conversation
At the end, we discuss openly what worked well and what did not, and how things continue from here. Deciding against projectfacts at this point is entirely fine. We always appreciate your feedback, not least because we have been glad to support you throughout.
Why we do it this way
This approach has grown over many trial phases. It has proven to be the route that costs both sides the least time, and at the same time leads to the most reliable decisions.
There is a simple, honest reason why we support you free of charge the whole way: we most like to win customers the system genuinely suits. The working relationship only begins after the trial, and it turns out far easier and more of a partnership when both sides know from the outset what they are getting into.
The first step is the requirements meeting
Arrange an appointment for the requirements meeting. In it, we clarify your starting position, and whether a trial is worthwhile for you at all.
