See projectfacts without an appointment and without signing up

Eight recordings from the running system show how the interface behaves and how the areas work together. Only then do you decide whether a conversation is worth your time.

What does the projectfacts demo show?

The projectfacts demo consists of video recordings taken from the running system. They show the interface and one typical workflow each from projects, time recording, CRM, billing, tickets and HR. You need neither an account nor an appointment, and you leave no data behind. If you want to see more afterwards, the free trial gives you a system prepared around your own requirements.

The first impression

The first video shows the Genua interface, the second how the areas connect. Both recordings come from the shared help centre of the 5POINT product family and therefore carry the teamspace logo: both products build on the same platform, and the interface shown is the same one in projectfacts. The recordings are in German; the player asks YouTube for English subtitles where a track is available.

The help centre holds around 80 more videos

What you see here is an excerpt. The help centre shows real workflows from the system for almost every area, from the first time entry to the final dunning level, along with the matching step-by-step guides to read. It is openly accessible, with or without a contract.

What the videos cannot show

The recordings show example workflows, not your business. Whether that matches your contracts, your rates and your approval paths only becomes clear against your own figures. That is exactly what the introductory call is for: we look at your processes together and say plainly where projectfacts helps and where it does not.

If you would rather work in the system than watch it, an adviser sets up a system around your requirements for the free trial. And if you are still unsure which product from our company suits you, the comparison of projectfacts and teamspace will help.

Seen it. Now against your own case?

In 15 minutes we go through your requirements together and tell you whether projectfacts fits your setup and which areas make sense first.

Frequently asked questions

Can I look at projectfacts without booking an appointment?
Yes. That is exactly what this page is for. The videos show the interface and typical workflows from the running system, with no sign-up, no form and no appointment. A conversation is the next step only if you want to take it.
Do I have to register for the demo?
No. You need neither an account nor an email address. The preview images are served from our own server; only when you click a video is it loaded from YouTube.
What is the difference between the demo and the free trial?
The demo shows example workflows on video and costs you nothing but time. In the free trial you work in the system yourself: an adviser prepares it around your requirements with demo data beforehand, and you then usually test it for 14 days with guidance. That is why the trial starts with a short requirements meeting.
Do the videos show my own processes?
No. They show standard workflows from an example system. projectfacts is configured for each company, so your screens, fields and reports will look different later. How your processes are mapped is something we clarify in the introductory call.
Where can I find more videos about projectfacts?
The openly accessible help centre holds around 80 videos and more than 300 guides on the individual areas, sorted by topic. You do not need a contract for it: to the video overview.
Is there also a personal live demo with an adviser?
Yes. In the introductory call an adviser shows you projectfacts against your specific use case and answers your questions directly. The call takes around 15 minutes and is free of charge.
Is data transferred to YouTube when I watch the videos?
Not when you open this page: the preview images are served from our own server. Only your click on a video loads it from YouTube, and at that point personal data such as your IP address is transferred to Google Ireland Ltd. The details are in our privacy policy.
