Highlights of the new projectfacts version

The new projectfacts version brings you numerous improvements in the areas of reporting, sales, service and administration:

Extended project time analysis

With the new analysis via target items, you can analyse project times even more precisely and independently of the pure billing logic. This gives you deeper insights into services actually rendered and creates a solid basis for controlling and strategic decisions.

Currency-capable sales opportunities

Sales opportunities can now be mapped with different currencies. This allows international business relationships to be calculated cleanly and evaluated realistically.

SLA control via ticket rules

Service level agreements can now be controlled specifically via ticket rules – including the definition of the first processor per customer. This ensures clear responsibilities and structured service handling.

Structured document templates

More clarity in document management: templates can now be organised using directories. This makes maintenance easier and ensures a clear structure – especially for extensive template collections.

New field type “Monetary amount”

Free fields now support the field type “Monetary amount”. Monetary values can thus be displayed consistently and systematically.

  • The draft status of a project is now recognisable by the icon
  • Embedding PDFs in mobile browsers now takes greater account of the individual capabilities of each browser
  • Improved display of emails with overly wide HTML content
  • Leave requests in the task manager
  • The LDAP assignment can now be carried out (like the Entra ID assignment) via a dialog in the interfaces.
  • File directories whose permissions are “Inherited from element” now also display this element (in the preview and in the “Permissions” tab)

Bug fixes

  • Project workflows can be configured again.
  • ExpensePosition “billing situation” no longer hides “Project” or “Customer” when the only selection option is “No”.
  • When creating documents where the country of the old and new clerk differs, the language is now based on the new clerk.
  • Due date rule for invoice documents is visible and is interpreted during validation
  • Tick and percentage rules from customer, category and basic configuration can now be combined
  • Price list items with a different currency calculate their price correctly via the bulk action “Set active”
  • Attendance times from 22:00 to 00:00 are interpreted correctly again
  • Disabling modules and re-saving user groups no longer results in a loss of permissions
  • Employee reimbursement is saved correctly again.
  • 1-click booking of planned resources works again
  • Holiday calendars can be copied again
  • Detail managers are shown again when you decide to stay on the page with unsaved changes
  • Item settings for products are now transferred when creating a document from a template.
  • Non-billable items are visibly greyed out again.
  • The master data of an organisation no longer always enters some (usually incorrect) currency; there is now also the empty option (“House currency”)
  • Fixed crashes when creating multiple invoices simultaneously via multi-selection
  • Filter for ‘All documents’ in the project preview works again.
  • Mandatory field duplicated when creating a new organisation
  • Existing attachments in a ticket (in draft) were lost when a file was added via the popup selection.
  • In the weekly limit check, the ‘Project or attendance time’ type did not deduct the hours worked from the defined weekly limit.
  • No more line breaks for GiroQR payment reference
  • Percentage formatting of cost items (19.0 vs. 0.19)
  • Amount formatting in SEPA export (decimal places)
  • Import of e-invoices no longer aborts on missing document currency, but only outputs a warning message
  • Fix for cost creation from travel requests
  • Project is updated when the structure is changed via the sub-project number.
  • Sick leave list now shows the actual number of working days (instead of weekdays).
  • Messages could not be saved when the content was too large.
  • The DialogModeSwitcher can be used again in Safari
  • Ticket template with multiple recipients/senders now correctly applies these when creating.
  • When copying (travel expense) billings, the transmission status to DATEV was not reset
  • Submitting forms with the Enter key did not work in some input fields
  • When switching from a DM with a file directory to a DM without one, new links, directories etc. were created in the “old” file directory
  • The Comment (internal) field is editable again when the time is attached to a timesheet and this has been released for review.
  • Field search in dialogs sometimes did not recognise group titles
  • Incorrect date format when creating a new weekly closing
  • The print view of tree structures with collapsed sub-trees now has the same state as the original list. Print views are now generally in light mode
  • When all calculated costs are 0, only the duration of the booked time is assumed for the contribution margin share
  • Project transactions as entries on the top pinboard are displayed correctly again.
  • The last day of a month can be selected again in recurring appointment rules
  • The content of the transaction column in the project overview is no longer truncated.
  • When a project time that is in draft is saved again, budget rules are now handled correctly. When a resource is saved, the rules are also handled correctly
  • CheckInOut overnight works again without errors
  • Holiday import now avoids duplicates without rejecting the import.
  • In the Excel report of project lists with tree structure, the project name is displayed correctly again.
  • Null values set in the copy dialog are no longer overwritten by the original document.
  • In the “Name” column of projects, ”&” is no longer displayed as ”&”
  • Creating a project time from a ticket transaction calculated a missing start or end time even when no stopwatch is running
  • Reset stopwatch button only shown when stopwatch is running
  • Additional recipients in the ticket are now transferred even when no contact exists
  • Appointment start time and end time influence the ‘Planned effort’.
