A+W Software GmbH is a long-standing customer and market leader for software in the flat glass industry as well as the window and door manufacturing sector. The company from Pohlheim in Hesse used many isolated solutions before projectfacts: project times were recorded in a dedicated tool, but had to be transferred manually into the billing system. Times were partly documented in Excel, which made reviewing and summarising them difficult. Reports and invoices could only be generated with great effort. Internal workflows were complex and confusing – an integrated, holistic solution for around 250 employees was urgently needed.

conIenergy GmbH advises companies on top future topics such as the energy, heat and mobility transition. Previously, conIenergy used a self-developed solution to organise company data. However, the tool was limited in its functionality: "We created projects and consultants booked their hours to them, but that was about all the tool could do". As the company grew, the tool's functions were no longer sufficient and needed to be replaced. The requirements for new software? WAHLER Human Resources has been using projectfacts for many years to map processes digitally. From his time at major management consultancies, Michael Wahler knows the disadvantages of isolated solutions: "In the large management consultancies, times were usually recorded using several tools. Time recording via Excel is complicated and confusing for a team that was then 130 strong. For this reason, kühn & weyh Software GmbH was looking for an optimal solution for time recording for larger companies and found it in projectfacts. tetronik Kommunikationstechnik GmbH has specialised for over 50 years in innovative call, warning and alarm systems, which are used primarily in healthcare, public authorities and industry. The number of projects is steadily increasing. To keep track of everything, the Taunusstein-based company set out to find a tool that combines CRM applications, project management and order invoicing.

With projectfacts, tetronik found a solution to its problems. The tool is a noticeable relief for the entire company. Over 750 maintenance projects as well as new installations and hotline enquiries are managed centrally. The brandwerk consulting group brings many years of experience in fire protection: whether new construction or renovation. brandwerk accompanies building owners, general planners and architects throughout the entire construction process.

Many projects need to be organised. Budgeting plays a major role here, as does the ability to organise data over the long term.
