Personio Integration
The connection between projectfacts and Personio creates seamless processes between project management, time recording and personnel administration. Instead of entering data twice, it is transferred automatically – reliably, securely and accurately. This saves you not only time, but also avoids errors and creates transparency over your most important information. The interface has been developed so that it adapts flexibly to your requirements while guaranteeing the highest level of data security.
Current Functions of the Interface
The interface already enables a unidirectional synchronisation from projectfacts to Personio. Both master data for persons and projects as well as transaction data for sick days, holiday days or project times are transferred reliably. Intelligent matching ensures that persons between both systems are automatically recognised and linked.
Thanks to a middleware cloud solution, the integration can be implemented quickly and easily. Intelligent caching ensures that synchronisation is efficient and fast, while individual intervals can be selected. For maximum security, the solution relies on a clean multi-tenant architecture without mixing customer data, as well as isolated hosting in the Azure Cloud. Each process runs in its own container – independent, secure and stable.
Potential Extensions for the Future
The current interface is just the beginning. In the future, it is also planned to transfer personnel master data and attendance times from Personio to Projectfacts, enabling true bidirectional synchronisation. A mapping for attendance times is also planned, so that project times from projectfacts can be assigned to working times in Personio.
In addition, we are working on granular control that lets you specify which types of data should be synchronised per customer. A central monitoring dashboard will also give you an overview at any time of when and which data was synchronised.
