Definition
Project organization, derived from the term “organization”, describes the design and regulation, as well as the execution of processes within a project. Project organization ensures efficient collaboration, which was previously established through rules, norms and values.
Types of Project Organization
Project organization is usually divided into three areas of responsibility:
- The project management is responsible for project management.
- The project team implements the project.
- The steering committee determines the project’s success or termination.
