Two products, one company

5POINT AG, based in Darmstadt, has been developing business software for service providers since 1999. Two products have grown out of that work. They build on the same platform and cover the same areas: projects, time tracking, invoicing, CRM, tickets and HR.

teamspace delivers these areas as a ready-made, preconfigured standard. You adopt proven workflows instead of defining them yourself. That is lean, predictably affordable and usable without a large implementation project. teamspace is offered in several editions; the customisable tier of the product family is projectfacts.

projectfacts takes the opposite route. Fields, screens, workflows, reports and automations are tailored to your specific process, by configuration rather than by programming. Which product suits whom?

No. projectfacts is adaptable standard software, not a custom development. It is adapted to your processes through configuration rather than individually programmed code. That keeps the solution upgradeable and allows it to be adjusted again at any time.
Where is the data hosted?
projectfacts is operated in German data centres in line with the GDPR, with the server located in Frankfurt am Main. Alternatively, you can run projectfacts on your own servers. The hosting models and terms are on the prices page.
How long does implementing projectfacts take?
