Human Resources Management, also known as personnel management, is responsible for the organization. It deals with, e.g. personnel planning and personnel administration.
Also essential for good HR is the working climate. Employees are motivated through optimal internal communication or development opportunities offered. This in turn leads to employees being more productive.
